Touchup Makeup was established back in 2016, with the vision of making online shopping and personalised shopping easier for client based in Qatar. The main focus was to act as a bridge between wishlist's for makeup, skincare, fashion accessories from UK, USA, Canada, Australia but also affordable and trustworthy.

Starting from baby steps, way before when the Facebook marketplace even bloomed and relayed a lot on the local groups, the owner took a huge risk by introducing her services and just had only one goal to focus on and that was to make this as easier and as enjoyable for the consumers as possible.

Not too many months passed and the name started to make an impression in the local groups and potential clients converted in to loyal returning customers.

• Are your products Original? Do you carry proof of Purchase?

• We are happy to confirm that YES all our products are genuine and 100% authentic sourced from authorized websites & proof of purchases can be provided upon request,

• Do you do home delivery in Qatar? and is it charged?

• Yes, we provide Home delivery Nationwide and charges do apply as per your area. Standard charges start from 25 Qar, however we do post Promotions every now and then offering Free Delivery or flat delivery charges above set amount.

• Can I pickup my order?

• Sure, Once you place an order you will be able to see at checkout the option for self pickup or click and collect thats totally free and usually done within 24 hours. If you fail to collect your order after 48 hours, your order will be considered cancelled. Incase of delay due to some reason you can always email us or message us on whatsApp.

• I want to advertise my Products on your website, How can I do that?

• We understand the challenges of a small business and are happy to discuss if you wish to advertise your service or business on our website , however charges do apply monthly depending on the nature of business or service.

• What is your return or refund policy?

• We are happy to offer an exchange if your order has been delivered damaged provided its been claimed the same day and within 2-3 hours of delivery clearly showing videos and pictures of your order. All orders are usually dispatched after sharing pictures of products in the condition they are dispatched however we are happy to offer exchange or discuss the matter in such scenarios. There is no refund possible due to change of mind or incase a product doesnt suit your preference or style. Items once sold cannot be exchanged due to change of mind or if you find a better deal.

• How do I cancel my order?

• We cannot cancel any pre-orders those are being paid unfortunately as those are personalised orders. Instock purchases can be cancelled by messaging us on whatsApp or emailing us. Your order will however get cancelled if you fail to confirm payment and delivery method within 24/48 hours after placing it on our website.
